What’s my Username?

If you are a current ATA member or subscriber to ReNew and/or Sanctuary your Username is your email address or Member/Subscriber number. If you have not advised us of your email address, or are not sure which one we have on file for you, please call or email us.

How do I order a gift membership or subscription?

Choose the membership/subscription option you would like to give and add it to your cart. When you proceed to the checkout ensure your details are in the Billing fields and add the gift recipients details to the Shipping fields. Please also add the gift recipients email address to the “Order Notes” field on the checkout page.

Shipping

Goods are posted out on Wednesday and Friday mornings. This is when ATA has scheduled pick-ups by Australia Post. All goods are sent standard post.

If you wish to have an order sent via Express Post or Registered Post, you should get in touch prior to placing your order, or as soon as possible after you have placed it. An additional cost for these levels of postage may apply. Call the office on 03 9639 1500, or email your order confirmation to ata@ata.org.au to notify us that you want a particular post service.

Electronics Shop and Electronic Items

For all orders containing electronics items such as LEDs, PowerMates, etc.

The Electronics Shop is administered on Mondays and Thursdays. All orders for electronics items are processed on these two days. Mail is then sent out on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Order Processing

After you place your order, you will be emailed a confirmation. This is a confirmation that your order has been placed correctly on the Webshop – it is not a tax receipt.

Next, orders are processed in the ATA office during office hours, by Admin staff. When your order has been finalised you will receive an email that your order is ‘Complete’. You will also be sent a tax receipt, and if you took out or renewed an ATA membership you will also receive your membership number with the receipt.

How do I ensure I get my ATA member discount?

All ATA members have an account on this webshop if you have supplied us with your email address. Simply log in using your email address and your password before checking out and your ATA membership discount will be automatically applied.

If you have forgotten your password or need to set one up to login for the first time you can do this using the Reset your password function below the login boxes. If you have not advised us of your email address, or are not sure which one we have on file for you, please call or email us to check.

Has my ATA membership been granted?

All membership purchases are processed by ATA admin staff before being updated on the webshop, so there may be a delay. However, if you buy an ATA membership through the webshop the appropriate discount will immediately be applied to any other products you purchase on that order.

There’s a problem with my order!

At any time, if you are unhappy with your order, please call the office on 03 9639 1500, so we can help you out and reach a positive resolution.

The office is open 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday. You can also leave a message on the main line, as we endeavour to return all calls, much to many customers’ surprise! Ensure you leave your name and number, email address if you wish, and the best time for us to reach you.
