Goods are posted out weekly. All goods are sent standard post.

Order Processing

After you place your order, you will be emailed a confirmation. This is a confirmation that your order has been placed correctly on the Webshop – it is not a tax receipt.

Next, orders are processed in the Renew office during office hours, by Admin staff. When your order has been finalised you will receive an email that your order is ‘Complete’. You will also be sent a tax receipt, and if you took out or renewed a Renew membership you will also receive your membership number with the receipt.

There’s a problem with my order!

At any time, if you are unhappy with your order, please call the office on 03 9639 1500, so we can help you out and reach a positive resolution.

The office is open 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday. You can also leave a message on the main line, as we endeavour to return all calls, much to many customers’ surprise! Ensure you leave your name and number, email address if you wish, and the best time for us to reach you.

We are always seeking to improve our customer’s online experience. Therefore, general feedback about your Webshop experience is very welcome. You can email feedback through to info@renew.org.au. Please ensure you describe the location of where you encountered problems, etc, by providing the specific page address in your email.
