If you are a member of Renew and have supplied us with your email address, you automatically have a profile in the webshop to enable you to download for free back issues of Renew and/or Sanctuary magazine and to claim your member discount on other products.
If you subscribe to Renew and/or Sanctuary magazines, and have supplied us with your email address, you will also have a webshop profile. Subscribers can download back issues for a small cost. If you would like to upgrade to Renew Membership please call the office to arrange this on 03 9639 1500.
If you have not set up a password, or have forgotten what it is, simply follow these 4 steps:
- Go to the password reset page, enter your email address in the textbox and click on the Reset Password button. Remember to use the email address that you have previously supplied to Renew. If you cannot remember the email address or the Reset Password function returns an error message saying it cannot find the entered email address then please call us so we can update your details. Do not create a new profile as it will not have your subscriber / membership details and you will not get your member discount.
- An email will be sent to you containing a personalised link, click on the link in the email and you’ll be taken to a page allowing you to enter a new password.
- Enter your new password in both the New password textbox and the Re-enter password textbox and click on the Save button.
- You can now log into the webshop using your email address or Username (your Username is your Renew member/subscriber number) and your new password.
If you have never ordered from our webshop before you can either order as a Guest or set up a profile on your first order. You can do this most easily by checking the “Create Account” option during the checkout process on your next order.
